Where do I go to access the auction?
You can sign in, register, and access the auction catalogue by visiting https://hasf.cbo.io. The auction will be live from January 30th 9:00 AM – February 13th at 10:00 PM.
How long will the auction available?
The auction will go live on January 30th at 9:00 AM and will close on February 13th at 10:00 PM.
I don’t want to attend the gala. Can I still bid on items in the auction?
Yes! Visit https://hasf.cbo.io to create an account so you can view and bid on auction items. This will not charge you for a Gala ticket.
How will I be notified if I’ve won an auction item?
Text messages will be sent out to the auction winners when the auction closes. If you’re confused about whether or not you’ve won an item, call us at 816-531-7728 and we will assist you.
How will I receive my items if I’ve won?
You can organize to pick up your items at the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival offices, located at 3732 Main Street, Kansas City, MO 64111. If you need your item mailed, please call us at 816-531-7728 to get delivery arranged. If you live outside of KCMO, you will be responsible for shipping fees.
How does checkout work?
Upon registration, you will be required to input your credit/debit card information. To check out after the auction or to check out early, you can click the red “Pay” button at the top of the webpage. Complete the steps to pay for your items, and we will organize how to get them to you (see above). If you do not check out by Monday, February 15th at 12:00PM, we will automatically check out for you.
How do I register to bid?
Near the top Auction home page, look for a pink button that says “Register Now”. You will need to enter in your mobile number, payment details, and general information to create an account. Once you’ve finished registering, you will need to login, so remember your password!
My partner and I want to bid together. Can we create a joint account?
Yes! You won’t need to make two accounts. Simply add both of your first names into the first name section when registering.
If I need help, who do I call?
You can reach us Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM at 816-531-7728. During the day of the gala (February 13th), we will have trained volunteers ready to assist you from 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
I want to bid, but I’m not great with computers. What should I do?
Call us! We will have trained volunteers ready to help you place bids, make donations, and enter our Golden Ticket Raffle on February 13th from 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM. You can reach us at 816-531-7728 with any questions and we will be happy to assist you.
