The Festival offers one of the most effective professional theatre training programs in the region. Our Intern/Apprentice program nurtures the next generation of theatre artists by giving young people a real-world, hands-on experience in the professional theatre that includes production, administration, marketing, education and management.
Annually, the Festival employs between 15-25 college and high school students from area educational institutions. Participants gain invaluable experience working at a variety of production and administrative positions. College credit, networking opportunities with theatre professionals, and resume credit is available through our internships.
