The Heart of America Shakespeare Festival will once again sponsor its annual Poster and Sonnet contest for students in grades 4-12. Posters should reflect the themes of the play.

THEME
• Poster MUST be designed based on the 2008 Festival's production of Othello.
(Note: Posters not designed with this theme will be disqualified.)
SIZE
•
No smaller than 8 ½” x 11”
•
No larger than 14” x 17”
• Posters should be mounted on firm poster board or foam
board no larger than 18” x 21”
MEDIUM
• Computer-generated artwork
OR
• Original artwork (watercolor, marker, pencil, crayon,
acrylic, etc.)
IDENTIFICATION
• Write student's initials and birth
date on back of the poster.
